Return Window

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This return window applies to discretionary returns only and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact support and include the following:

  • Photos clearly showing the issue (e.g. printing error, damage).
  • Your order number and any other relevant details.

You may not be required to return the defective item, but please keep it available until our team confirms whether a return is necessary.

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide the returns postal address.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Please clearly mark the parcel as a return to avoid customs or duties charges.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • An item arrives defective.
  • An item arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We recommend reporting any defects or issues promptly after delivery. Issues reported within 30 days can usually be resolved more quickly, while claims raised later may require additional assessment.

If a parcel is returned to us unclaimed, we can resend it; however, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

This guidance relates to defect resolution and does not change the 10-day discretionary return window outlined above.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All products in our store are made-to-order. Because each item is specifically produced when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection, unless there is a quality or printing issue (Please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing)

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials (e.g., liquids or gases)
  • Items on sale

We also cannot accept cancellations or returns for orders that include digital products or custom designs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This approach helps avoid delays and ensures you’ll receive the correct product as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund request has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support.

EU Statutory Legal Guarantee

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you benefit from a statutory legal guarantee under EU consumer law. This guarantee applies for two years from delivery and covers goods that are faulty or not as described at the time of delivery.

This statutory legal guarantee operates independently of Prakasa’s store return policy. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or issues arising after delivery due to improper care or handling.
