Order Processing
- All orders are prepared and packaged within 5 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume. Delays may also occur due to postal service disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- Calculated Shipping: Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- International Availability: We currently offer shipping to all countries. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please email us at , and we’ll be happy to discuss potential arrangements.
Domestic Shipping
- Orders typically arrive 3–4 business days after being processed.
International Shipping
- International orders usually arrive within 5–20 days, depending on destination.
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control, and Prakasa is not liable for additional transit time resulting from customs clearance.
Order Status and Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your 4-digit order number. You can use this, together with your billing email address, to track your order at any time via our order tracking page.
When your order has shipped, a second email confirmation will be sent with your shipping details.
If you do not see these emails, please check your junk or spam folder. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
If your order has not arrived within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact support with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
Shipping Issues and Lost Parcels
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will work with the carrier to investigate where possible. Replacement shipments may require additional shipping charges.
Delivery timelines and transit-related issues are separate from your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods.
